Shades of Grey: A Novel

Shades of Grey: A Novel - Jasper Fforde This is a monumental occasion that I finished this book. I adore anything Fforde writes. He is quintessentially the Swift and/or Pope of this generation. I always feel "smarter" after reading and understanding any of his work. "Grey" is no exception - my head is left spinning - a dystopian novel about class hierarchy and racial profiling, which takes color quite literally. This society's hierarchy is based upon one's limited color perception. You are what you can see but Edward Russett challenged the social norms. LOVED IT! Still trying to wrap my brain around it all, but WOW!
